Ture RoslundHello - I am Ture Roslund, Web master of the Ture Roslund Web Site. I am sorry to bother you but I noticed your name several time in reviewing the FAQ and thought that I could get some information. I have been a member since May of this year and have over 250 names in my family tree. I have been notified that I should "publish" within the next few days. I don't know what and how to do that. I only ask you since it seems that getting answers take an extended time. I have a couple minor questions that I have submitted awaiting answers.
Ingrid FrankAre you using Family Tree Builder? Have you recently started using it? There is a toolbar at the top of the page with instructions how to publish your work on-line. But if you are using the free version, I believe 250 people in your tree is the limit. Please give me some more information and I may be able to help you.

DL ReeseI know this is out of the blue - but I found your question to the help forum and thought you might be a good person to ask my question to since I see you have been a member for a few years now and have a kind face! I have an ancestry.com tree but was referred by an ancestry.com member to check one of their individuals (who's pertinent to one of my tree individuals) in their myheritage.com tree so I signed up as a "free" myheritage.com member. But now I find no way/place to search other individuals/trees from my "Free" membership account. Is this true- I cannot search outside my own tree as a Free member? I know I could be confused but how does this work or doesn't it? I would appreciate your help very much, Sincerely DLReese

Ingrid FrankOh dear--I was a basic member for practically no time over 3 years ago and almost immediately upgraded to premium plus because I needed the unlimited storage for our family history. I believe that you need premium to get anything useful--that costs $6.25 per month. Premium plus costs $9.95 per month. I believe you get substantial discounts if you sign up for more than one year. I do believe you need at least a premium account to get the full functionality of smart matching. See below from the myHeritage Help page:
When you upgrade one of your family sites to a MyHeritage Premium plan:
1) You can have up to 2,500 people in your family tree online. 2) You will have extended storage for family photos, videos, and documents online (500 MB). 3) You will get Priority support. 4) You will have access to added features in Family Tree Builder; Smart Research, Smart Match Merge, All-in-one chart. 5) You will get access to the Timeline feature. 6) You will have the option to confirm and reject Smart Matches in your family site.
