Cuando comencé con este programa, fue creado un arbol FAMILIAR que ya no deseo mantener en linea ni en mi PC, pero no encuentro el modo de eliminarlo de la PC ni de la Web.
Si alguien puede instruirme sobre la forma de hacerlo estaré agradecido.
I uploaded my GEDCOM file a while back and now I'm ready to replace it with an updated version but nowhere on the site can I find how to do that. Do I have to delete the old one and replace it or is there a way to upload and replace the old info? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I would also like to know as the data I have on my site is over 2 years and some have wrong dates etc

Just updated my data. I simply imported the new GEDCOM, then open the family tree. When the window opens you will see at the top right corner of the tree window (which family tree to open) use the arrow to show all your trees then select which one to open.
Make sure you name the new GEDCOM slightly different than the older one.
To delete the older data press the Family tree button then click on summary , that will open your list. Down the right side under Actions click the option delete.
I am totally lost here. You say simply upload a new GEDCOM ... Where?? from what menu do I do this? Yhe only GEDCOM I see says "coming soon. What gives here?
Sorry I didn’t make it clear; I am only a beginner myself. However here goes, I use the Family Tree Builder program on my computer, when I have made changes usually additions I upload them. Now make sure that the family you want to upload is open then go to the Tools menu then open Publish to MyHeritage.com, or at the top of the page in the menu bar by the Help icon is a Publish button click on either. When a new window opens click on the add button, in the next new window your project should show in the [select project to publish] options, if not click the down arrow and all your other projects will show. Somewhere before I get this far and I can’t remember where I change the name slightly, usually an abbreviated date, so that when I get on the My Heritage web site I know which is the latest update. Just follow the prompts until it is upload to the web site. At some stage the program will ask if you want to look at the site and if ok will open it up for you. The rest is as I have in my previous post.
By the way I have uploaded a gedcom from another genealogy program to My Heritage site no problems, I think you have to search the site to find out where to upload it.
I do find the site a pain to navigate around and as it is web based is slow. I think I would suggest a page with Chapters on it and a list of what is in each Chapter would make it much easier to navigate around.

PS....I have just checked with my family site re uploading Gedcom files and found that if you select the Family Tree (big button) now once that has opened it shows several options one of which is import GEDCOM, it works.
I have migrated my Family Tree Maker data base to FTB. All the NOTES that I have in FTM do migrate to the NOTES in FTB without any problem. However, the only option in FTB to display the NOTES in at the END of a report - I would like them to display WITH the person in the report.
The only way that I have found to display the NOTES with the person in FTB is to move the notes into the FACTS section and set up a COMMENT. This way, the notes display with the person in the report.
Since I have hunderds of people with NOTES, is there a way to either:
Display the NOTES with the person rather than at the end of a report, or
Automatically move the NOTES to a COMMENT in the FACTS section
(NOTE TO FTB DEVELOPERS - Would like to have option in REPORTS to display NOTES with a person - not just at the end of the report)
