Every time I try to merge date from a Smart Search, I receive an error that states "error retrieving personal data". When I first purchased the program, it worked great. I could search, click on merge and it would pull the information into my Family Tree. Ove the past few weeks, I have begun receiving the error message. I have tried emailing My Heritage a few times over the past 3 weeks, but have not received a response. Thank you to anyone that is willing to give advise on how I might be able to fix the problem.

I have been trying to finsh my hicks line and end up at the same place. I have traced my grandtather, Elbert Vernon Hicks back to ggggrandfather, nathaniel Hicks, born 1813 sunmer tn, married elizabeth finn in abt 1835, shows on IND census in orange Co, Ind on the 1830 census,
I think he might have a brother name john, also found born in sumner tn - ab 1810, and possibly another younger brother ....I think the mothers name might be anne!!
